Hi,

I have a problem to display French characters. When I an not connected to the portal, accented characters appear like question marks.

L?Association des P?cheurs Sportifs du Qu?bec est un organisme ? but non lucratif

When connected the same text appear like the following text.

L’Association des Pêcheurs Sportifs du Québec est un organisme à but non lucratif

I have only enable the French language. The same problem appear with IE, Chrome and Firefox.

There is probably a wrong setting somewhere. Any idea?

this is a known issue in DNN 5.2.0, you can workaround by setting cache time to 0 in module settings.

this will be fixed in 5.2.1
