Hi everyone.....Im really in a bind here....i just setup a website last week using DNN and I cant for the life of me figure out why its performing soooo darn slow....the main page loads up quick but all other pages as slow as hell to open.....try it out for yourself >>> http://72.4.117.244/dotnetnuke/default.aspx

i have tried everything suggested on various websites including enabling gzip.....needless to say my knowledge of DNN is pretty limited....if someone could help me out i would be very grateful

Im willing to provide admin level access to the DNN control panel....heck ill even let you loginto the server using remote desktop ..... just please help me...my job literally depends on it

You are right, site is too slow, I assume, there is a problem with the database, which might respond very slow, either due to an exaggerating transaction log or missing RAM for your machine.

thanks for the reply...machine is a quad-core xeon with 4gb RAM .....i just setup the server last week so I doubt the transaction log is very big

are you running in integrated mode?

did you validate IIS web site settings?

Check server eventlog for issues and use task manager to validate cpu usage.

weird 

'Home' tab and 'Locations' tab go reasonably fast for me. But 'FAQs', 'Services' and 'Groups' load very slowly. You might want to check why there's such a difference between those.
