Hello..

We've gone live with our DNN site.  Originally during the setup of the site, we had it setup for direct publishing, but now that it's live, we need content staging.

So, on one of the pages, I changed the content publishing from Direct Publish to Content Staging and then set the Set As Default Workflow For Site?

When I save the page, it published it directly and it doesn't change this page nor any other page to the Content Staging workflow.  BUT, if I go back in and insure the set as default is unchecked and update the page, it's set to content stanging but no other page is set to content paging.

How to resolve this?  We've recently updated to 05.02.00 (275).  Thanks..

I just tested and you are correct - default Workflow is only been used for new module and does not get applied to all existing modules. I am not aware, if this is designated behaviour, but at least there should be some help text explaining it,

If you want to switch to content staging for all module instance, go to SQL in host menu and execute:

UPDATE S SET SettingValue = 2
FROM {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}ModuleSettings S
 INNER JOIN {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}Modules M ON S.ModuleID = M.ModuleID
 INNER JOIN {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}ModuleDefinitions D ON M.ModuleDefID = D.ModuleDefID
WHERE D.FriendlyName = 'Text/HTML' AND SettingName = 'WorkflowID'
