 Hi, How can i remove the "Dear User" in the news letter. 

Our version of DNN is a bit outdated but to scared to break it when upgrading so do not want to do that now. We are running v4.3.4

this won't show up, if you use BCC send method in extended options.

it has been replaced by TokenReplace in DNN 4.5 and above, due to known security issues, I strongly suggest upgrading to DNN 4.9.5 or latest DNN 5 (5.2.1 when available).

 Hi, Thanks for that reply.

I tried that now. If we choose BCC then it says that is has sent but nothing gets delivered...Is there a log where i can see what the issue is.

In the normal site log under admin there is nothing?

The report is sent by email to the creator of the newsletter, if you encounter issues, please make sure to use sync, not async send option.

 Hy, i have tried Sync and async.

I think these are related to the issue:

The sending of mails true the BCC option is not working.

and

Mail can be send also to recipients in cc and bcc, even if mailto is empty

anyone know if i can fix it without upgrading?
