Sebastian

Well interesting comment.  The only thing that has changes is I installed MS WebDev 2010 on my laptop and opened the site in webdev. I am not sure if the local site was working before the install or not, but the local site was working previously

MS web developer might have installed its own web server, which will be used when running from inside. make sure to indicate, you are using an installed IIS when installing webdev.
