Hi there.

I just did a clean install (using install package) of v5.2.1.

There is no HTML module available from the control panel nor any showing in the extensions list. So I downloaded the latest version of the HTML module (v4.8.0) from DNN.com and attempted to install it.

After uploading it the process failed saying

"Failure A newer version of this package is already installed - 5.2.0"

I have no idea what to try next. Anyone?

Thanks in advance

Chris

It sounds as if you have a 1/2 way completed installation.  Since this is a new installation, I would strongly recommend starting with a new installation again, to be sure you don't have any issues.

Thanks Mitchel.

I did that and all is well now. Don't know what happened to make it fail on the first attempt though. Oh well.

Cheers

Chris
