Are you saying that when you go to a protected page you want to redirect to a location that you can't log in from?  That's not the way ASP.NET's membership provider is designed to work.  I'm not sure you can bypass that action in DNN.

No, I'm saying when I go to:

www.sunsethill.ca/host.aspx  as anunauthenticad user ...

I want to be redirected to the home page:

http://www.sunsethill.ca/Home/tabid/3...

That is what is happening on my site running 5.1.4   Everything works as expected on my own site.

On my client's site, no matter what I do, if I type in www.theirsite.com/host.aspx as an unauthenticated user - I get posted back to the host.aspx page with a login control on that page.  If I change the Login page to the Home page in site settings, I am re-directed to the home page - and the home page magically now has a login control on the page...  They are running 5.2.2
