I have a site that has a couple of portal aliases setup, the normal .com/.net extensions and those work fine.  I recently added a .us portal alias to the site.  When I point the browser to the .us alias it does take me to the home page of the site, however when I try to login as soon as I hit the login button after typing my login and password in those fields get wiped clean and I am right back at the login page as though I am not logged in.  I also noticed that the pages that can be viewed without logging in  will be displayed but in the web address bar there is nothing in the url showing beyond the .us extension of the web address where normally you would have all the other parts of the web address to represent that particular 'page'.

Are there any issues with using .us domain names as a portal alias in DNN?

Any thoughts on what the issue might be that would cause one alias to take you to the home page but when try to login just takes you right back to the home page and will not display the full url of pages viewable by all users, stopping at the end of the alias name?
