As per subject.

Is there anyway we can disable these querystrings? For Security and SEO purpose.

I recommend you check out the FriendlyURL Provider from Ifinity, it handles URLs much better, and is free!

www.ifinity.com.au

Or try out the paid for version URLMaster, it works even better and has more control.

I am having the same issue. Our site is a invite only site(with verified registration), but ?ctl=register is causing any user to register to the site.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I am using DNN 6.2.5

if you need to disable registration link, simply go to Admin > Site Settings and set "registration mode" to none.

Hi Sebastian, thanks for the reply.

We would like to set the registration mode to "Verified" but just disable the "ctl=register" querystring, is that possible?

The site is invite only, so setting the registration to none will disable the registration completely, right?
