Godaddy moved my web site to a new server.  They didn't restore the folder permissions, but I fixed that.  Everything seemed to be working fine, but once logged off, you can't log back in.  I get the same error message as though there is a folder permission problem, but all folders are set to inherit from the root, which allows for application writes.

Here's the error:

Unhandled Error

Error Details

File
Error   Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.EventLog'.'PK_EventLogMaster' in database 'notreallyadminuser' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

Any ideas?

It appears that the fault may lie in that the database is nearly at its size limit. Are there obvious things that can be purged from the database?
