I need the ability to provide the fckEditor to potentially thousands of users. Each user would be able to modify specific publicly viewed text/html content assigned to them. The problem is that each user could potentially upload images, but we don't want users to step on each other by changing or uploading over-top other user's images.. We need a directory folder for each user. Is there a way, or module, to dynamically create a directory folder when a new user is added and assign the new user to the folder so that he/she can only access that one folder?

sorry, this is currently not supported by DNN. there modules like Bring2Mind UserFiles on codeplex, but I am not aware, how to incorporate it into HTML module to limit access per user to his own folder w/o much administrative overhead. I'd also rethink the idea of having real pages per user. If each user shall get a Text/HTML area only, a module would be more suitable. You may contact me (leupold (at) dnnwerk.de), if you are interested to obtain a commercial module providing you with appropriate features.

Cheers from Germany,
