I am not sure why this is happening... I have various instances (6) of DNN 5.2.3 installed on our servers. I need to change teh super user account on all of these. It was pretty straight forward:

  1. Log into the site using the exisiting super user account
  2. Create new super user
  3. Logoff and log back in as new user that was created
  4. Delete old super user account.

The problem is that some of the instances - when I log in as the existing super user and goto Host -> Superuser Accounts - I do not see the following under the list of users:

 Add New User   |  Manage Profile Properties   |   User Settings 

Because these links are not there I cannot add the new user... Any reason why this is?

On one of the instances when I log back in as the new superuser I do not get the red X next to the old superuser to delete them. Confused here as well... at the moment I just Unauthorized them.

This is only happening on 3 of the 6 Instances... but they are all bascially identical. Any thoughts on what I should do to resolve this?

did you make sure to be in Edit mode (top left corner)?
