gday

I had to reformat my C drive so I reinstalled sql server re created databases and logins, then restore the databases from my back up files, then copied the folders from the same time I backed up the database into the hard drive, The data base has restored correctly but I keep getting this site is currently unavailable,

Ive tested the virtual directory, sql server all working fine, Web config file is good, and jsut to be sure copied the MachineKey into the active web config file,

any help please

This is not a duplicate from my previous question, before I could not connect tot he data base, now that I can connect and restore the databse I get the above problem

What is the URL at the time of the error?  is ASP.NET working/enabled on the machine?

the url is www.westernrccrawlers.net, www.campinginwa.com, www.westernrcdrifters.net I cant restore any of them, I can recreate the dnn site from scratch,by reinstalling it without any issues. but I dotn wont to do that I would loose to much data.

I presumed asp.net is active as I can recreate the sites, but to make sure how would be the best way to confirm it is working.

By the way when I do restore the .bak file uploads to the data base fine. Im on the understanding that once the data is restored the site is not reading the database, but when I recreate the sites it does read the data base.

www.campinginwa.com is the only active site I have up at the moment now

Thanks
