Hi

I am getting an error and I do not know how to address this,may someone please assist with what is going on?
 I just setup my Dotnetnuke Website I created on a local machine  using DNN 5.3 at WebHost4Life and 
I have been getting errors which I've managed to sort but not I am stuck on this one as below. Anyone know what to do?

It looked to me like webhost4life wasn't configured properly (potentially a permissions issue?). I am not familiar with how wh4l sets things up, it is also possible you are attempting to do something that isn't permitted in production. However, your original stuff you posted (which I removed for a variety of reasons) it made it clear that a redirection was being done. Do you have any special URL re-writting going on? If not, I would check with wh4l on this one.

I do not have any redirection on my site. I am sure I have done everything as usual and the funny thing is that I have another account with them that uses the old look and feel which is so easy to setup a website. Does it have anything to do with setting up the site on a subdomain before using the domain?

Hi, my website on WH4L moved to new platform and now i get the same error as you. Can you give me a solution for this?

Hi Daniel,

I tried different things until I decided to contact support and after an hour my problem was resolved, don't know what caused it and why. Please let me know if you find the cause of this problem just in case I'm faced with it again in the future. Thanks
