We have moved most of our club members to our new DNN web site,. with all the nice online features and newsletter. Unfortunately there are a few members who remain in the old Excel database; some of these still get a paper newsletter mailed to them.  There are about 25 or so that do not have (or do not wish to admit to) an email address.

I would very much like to consolidate our two databases.  I have a field that I can use for sending a paper newsletter, and I can figure out how to extract mailing addresses and print labels for those people.  What I'm not sure about is what to do about the users that don't have an email address.  Has anyone else dealt with this?  Anyone have any suggestions?  One possible approach (which seems the easiest) would be to use the same email address for all of these entries, but I do not know if this will cause problems or not...

Thanks,
William

I'm agree with your approach: create those users with the same email address which could be one of your email addresses.
I think it won't cause problem even if I'm not sure about behaviour of instances which are configured with requiresUniqueEmail="true" in this case.
