I did not enter this issue in the tracker because I would have to do more research on it before I can explain what is happening and I don't have the time for it. I asked for one month to move a website from Joomla to DNN and I may have to create a few new modules to copy functionality and that is now my prime priority.

Anyone else feels like exploring this issue?

Sounds like it could be a few things.

Basically the message is telling you that DNN does not have the ability to display the file due to security. This can happen if you have manually uploaded the file via FTP etc, and not used the in site file upload system to put the file into the DNN file system.

Go to both the host / file manage and the site one, and do a recursive file synchronization in both.

Other than that, ensure that you have not played with the permissions on the file manager settings in a way that may be stopping access to the folder or file that you are using in the logo.
