I read change log of 5.4.2 edition. But I didn't see below error was fixed !!!

When I clicked a item in List Item of FAQs module. Menu Item at left menu is duplicated. I don't know why this error occurred !

(sorry if I didn't ask at right place. I'm newbie)

FAQ module is developed independently from the core by a separate team (which doesn't seem to be very active atm).

You can see left menu item is duplicated !
