I have a page on my site that I'd like to delete. I don't see it in the list "admin-pages."
I assume I have to find it in the database. Where do I look?

You can delete a page from its settings (there is a delete option at the bottom of the settings page).  You can also delete from the control panel (at the top of the page).  Recall that deleted pages are actually "soft" deleted, that is they go into the recycle bin.  So be sure to empty your recycle bin (on the admin menu) from time to time.
