We are currently using DNN 4.5  and we have an intermittent error that keeps cropping up. It goes as follows:
  1. we add either a page, article or module to the site and update it bu adding content.
  2. we save in the correct manner

the following day it we go back and either the page has gone
or the artilcle or module has been removed.

and nobody has edited it!

Please can you help this error has caused a big issue.

Are you using PageBlaster or any other module to cache content?

Are you in a load balanced environment?

Is it at all possible that your site's database is being restored to a previous time?

Do the pages or modules show up in the Recycle bin?
