Hi all.  I installed and configured DNN on a server with a remote database about two weeks ago.  Everything has been working pretty well until yesterday when the Admin -> Site Settings page started coming up blank.  The site logo had also disappeared at the same time.  I was able to get the site logo back by running through the Admin -> Site Wizard screens, but I am still unable to see any settings under Admin -> Site Settings.  The only thing I can think of that changed around that time is that I installed the DNNSpot Content Rotator module.   The installation appeared to go well and the module is working.  Any help on troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff Banschbach

Sebastian,

Thanks for the reply.  I just tried the restart application and it did not have any affect.  I had also tried restarting IIS, but the problem persists.  I am running version0 5.04.02 (66).  Are there any log files I should be checking for issues?

Thanks,

Jeff Banschbach

What happens if you go into LAYOUT mode on the Admin/Site Settings page? Do you see a module on the page?

If not try adding the Site Settings module back to the page.

If you do see a module on the page, switch back to Edit, I assume it is empty still? Are there any errors in the Event Log (Viewer) page?
