When user is deleted by admin, it in fact just is marked "deleted" in User table.
Is there any way to purge the "deleted" users?
(I'm afraid of direct database change: DELETE FROM Users WHERE IsDeleted=1).

I've installed clean ver. 5.4.2
Current behavior I am considering as a bug:

1. Register user XXX with wrong/phony e-mail
2. Admin: delete the user XXX
3. Register new user XXX with eligible e-mail address - record for XXX in Users table is just marked "undeleted" keeping phony e-mail address.

Such behavior is not acceptable: spammers create phony Usernames with phony e-mails,
and then normal users cannot use the above Usernames ever (notification goes to wrong/phony e-mail)

"Deleted" users are kept in bunch of tables.

After all I've created this tiny, dirty SP to delete a user:

CREATE PROCEDURE dnnDeleteUser
@UserName varchar(50)
AS
BEGIN
SET NOCOUNT ON;

declare @NumTablesDeletedFrom int
exec dbo.aspnet_Users_DeleteUser 'dotnetnuke', @UserName, 15, @NumTablesDeletedFrom output
select @NumTablesDeletedFrom

delete from Users where Username=@UserName
END

It does not help always (say, Forum users are still there), but it's better than nothing.
