Hello, don't you know why DNN and my sites looks like that in Seamonkey and some Mozilla based browsers (see screenshot below)?

I've seen this randomly when CSS files fail to load properly, if you refresh the site does it go to normal?

If I clear cache in firefox it is ok. After 3-4 times of page refresh it is failed again. Regarding firefox the DNN sites fail only in Linux version of firefox. Seamonkey fails in Windows also.

and additionally Seamonkey fails always with clear cache, clean intallation or else
