Trying to help a friend sort an issue out on this site http://www.youngsjewellers.co.uk when you select jewellery from the menu it displays a list of items, if you click any of them no details are shown. I have never used DNN or Catalook b4 which this site is based on and so am rather hoping to be pointed in the right direction. From a poke around I can see log files with exceptions in (though over a longer period than the issue) and also some modules that were put in the recycle bin. Any help / suggestions or even encouragement would be very welcome.

Hi Steve,

Having had a very quick look around the site, the DotNetNuke side of things seems to be working OK (as far as I can tell). Getting a few exceptions in the Event Log is pretty normal and isn't usually much to worry about.

Your best bet might be to try the Catalook people - http://www.dnnsoft.com/

with point to ProductDetails.aspx

A think this is used with the old frame based working mode of catalook is used.
If you have a recent version of catalook then the problem is that you dont use the right modules i think.

I think you can find also information about this on the catalook admin documentation
