Hi,

Been searching the web and haven't found solution for this yet, I've got my web server on a DMZ, and use a 3 homed network (external, internal and dmz) ISA Server my mail server can get and send normal SMTP, but while testing DNN's, i get 'SMTP failure'.

Any ideias?

Finally solved it, it seems that McAfee's Virusscan enterprise 8 (on my case) is able to block 'mass mail worms' on port 25, wich is also the port the dnn uses to send mail. All we have to do is disable it ( this isn't the proper Antivirus solution for a web server anyway).

Just go to

programs->Network Associates->Virusscan Console -> access Protection (Properties)->remove 'Prevent mass mailing worms....'

Hope it helps someone else, since i couldn't find a specific solution, just a general ideia.
