There seems to be another issue with DNN 5.4.4 and .NET 4... it seems that every single document on all of my sites that were linked now cause a server error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /LinkClick.aspx

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:4.0.30319; ASP.NET Version:4.0.30319.1

Any clues? This is worse than the email issue in 5.4.4 - it also adds insult to injury that after adding .NET 4 I cannot seem to get the sites to want to go back and use .NET 3.5.

Can anyone confirm installing .NET 4 results in this type of error when linking documents? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Another issue that cropped up after switching a site over to .NET 4 is when adding pages I get the following error:

Error Error: is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Tab Exists ---> DotNetNuke.Entities.Tabs.TabExistsException: Tab Exists at DotNetNuke.Entities.Tabs.TabController.AddTabInternal(TabInfo objTab, Boolean includeAllTabsModules) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Tabs.TabController.AddTabAfter(TabInfo objTab, Int32 afterTabId) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Tabs.ManageTabs.SaveTabData(String strAction) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Tabs.ManageTabs.cmdUpdate_Click(Object Sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---
