Is there a good guide available that documents the procedure for upgrading DNN 4.x from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005?

I have a pretty low end server with only about 1gb of RAM.  In order to install a recent module version we need to upgrade.  Is SQL Server 2005 (or 2008) more or less resource friendly than SQL Server 2000?

Back up your databases, then upgrade the sql-server using the MS migrate instructions.  After success migration you can change the database setting using SQK Management Studio up to SQL 2005 or 2008.
