Hello,

I want to add a subdomain to my Portal using DNN. But wenn i tried to do it i get the error:

The Child Portal Name You Specified Already Exists. Please Choose A Different Child Portal Name.

I change the subdomain Name and i get the same error.

Can sombody help me please?

go to portals in Host menu and make sure, there is no other portal using those names.

Thank for your answer.

I check it and use name like 'www.whereareyou.domain.com/' or 'www.mytest.domain.com/'. and 'www.Blogs.domain.com/
But i still  get the same error.

Hello, I don't know if i can do this. I want to have something like this 'www.mytest.domain.com'. i add a sub portal with alais www.domain.com/mytest and it work. the alias 'www.mytest.domain.com' don't work. Is it posible to make a child portal like 'www.mytest.domain.com'?
