I've been developing a dnn site and everything will seem to be going fine.  Then all of a sudden when I launch the site the browser just shows

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

And nothing I do seems to get the site back.  Restarted, tried other browsers, etc.  However, I can start over and make an entirely new site and it will work fine.  Then, maybe a week later, it will happen again.  Seems random.

Does anyone know what causes this or how I can stop it?

Thanks
