Is there a forum dedicated to the Telerik controls?

I have a default install and configuration of DotNetNuke Community Edition   5.4.4 and DotNetNuke Telerik Web Components 5.4.0.

In the HTML editor when I try to create a hyperlink via the "hyperlink manager" button on the toolbar, the dialog displays, but it won't create the link.  The error console in both Opera and FireFox show that Telerik.Web.UI.Widgets is undefined.

Here's the thing - it's not just in my local install - the same behavior happens on this forum on dotnetnuke.com.  So I'm thinking that there's a resource that comes from a different domain (like googleapis.com?) that isn't being loaded (due to spyare/popup blockers, proxy rules or firewall rules).  Is there documentation on what has to be allowed in order for the Telerik control to function?
