Hi.
We have a website that was completely configured and working perfectly.
Yesterday we made some changes on the permissions of some pages and that I'm aware, no other changes were made. This morning the site started not loading. The browser says the website is loading and this goes on forever without it really loading. We have a monitoring tool checking our websites and for this particular website it started issuing warnings since this morning. This warnings are:
TASK Name -> Site da Cimeira
TASK Data -> Type:HTTP;Request Type:GET;Url:http://www.cimeira.exponor.pt/default.aspx;Full page download:NO
RESPONSE-> Duration:13391;Error Code:30004;Reason:Max. redirect attempts arrived.
There is nothing wrong with the webserver and IIS, since we have other websites there that are working. And the website with the problem was working until this morning. So, I assume that there has been some configuration change that made this happen and that in consequence the problem is in the database. Some configuration in the database needs to be undone.
Also, I noticed that the website while trying to load keeps sending requests for the initial page, but apparently this page fails to load, so the requests keep on going, and the website apparently is looping.
Any help here would be greatly apreciated.
Thank you.
