I'm looking for suggestions on ways to capture all site content that has changed (e.g., from forums, help, html modules) and automatically push that out to an email "newsletter" that is sent on a specified day (e.g., once a week or month). I don't want to create email newsletters manually. Additionally, I'd like users (anonymous or registered) to be able to opt-in to receive the email newsletter.

Can anyone offer a cost-effective solution for doing this?

Many thanks, Joan
