I am using 7.2.1 right now, if 7.2.2 will help I'll do that too, but I suspect that was not a targeted build/fix item? I need the registration on a bunch of pages b/c of the ecom on the course signup (we sell training).  But it appears the Captcha does not work?  Spam bots are getting the answer?

you might switch to custom registration (in Site Settings) and add all fields needed.
Current spam bots seem to ignore it.
