We have an image rotator that is implemented using the script HTML tag on our website.  This script is mixed with other page content in a HTML module.  When our users are editing the non-script content in the HTML module, the script tag is being stripped out of the page.

Is there a way to disable the RemoveScripts feature of the Telerik editor without altering the DNN core in such a way that the configuration would not be lost with the next upgrade?

I have found the file /Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Telerik/Config/ConfigDefault.xml.  I can disable the RemoveScripts ContentFilter by setting the following:

from

<property name="ContentFilters">DefaultFilters</property>

to

<property name="ContentFilters">ConvertCharactersToEntities,ConvertFontToSpan,ConvertToXhtml,EncodeScripts,FixEnclosingP,FixUlBoldItalic,IECleanAnchors,IndentHTMLContent,MozEmStrong,OptimizeSpans</property>

However, the question remains, how do I set this configuration in such a way that it does not get overwritten the next time that the website is upgraded?
