no, access to cookies is usually restricted to same domain by browsers to avoid identity theft

Now….  please correct me if I am wrong.

 

The only account not violate this is the ‘host’ account, for the Super User’s cookies are passed down to the child portal. Intuitively there exists no conflict. And yes, to test, both parent and child portal function just fine under this security role.

 

Could the varying Parent Portal security roles’ login cookies be automatically passed down to the child portal as is the case with the Super User account?

 

But more so, given that the Child Portal’s User Registration is selected as ‘None’, why would a user login cookie even matter within the Child Portal? And again, could this be changed?
