We have DNN 4.6.2 installed on a windows 2003 R2 server... I'm migrating the site to a Windows 2008 R2 server. The site on the 2008 server is using the exact same database as the 2003 server. So, the only thing that has changed is the web server.

When accessing the site on the new 2008 server, I get a random page under construction error. It's extremely random, sometimes the site load as expected, sometimes it gets the under construction page. Any ideas?

The important App Pool setting are:

.NET Framework: v2.0
Enable 32-bit: false
Managed Pipeline Mode: Intergrated
Identity: NetworkService

The DNN directory has full permissions for both IIS and the Network Service.

As a side note, I've tried the Classic mode, as well as enabling 32-bit mode. It seems the application keeps shutting down on its own. On the first request I get the under construction page, but then after the first request it seems to work for a little bit.
