What version of DNN are you using? Do you have FTP enabled on your DNN directory?

DNN version 5.5.1  FTP is not enabled
i suppose there is a problem with the autorised user account on the folder ,
can you provide the good autorised user account for DNN directory and SQl account

website/property//security ??

i have  autorised :
administrator
ASP.NET machine account
OWNER prprietary
SERVICE LOCAL
SERVICE NETWORK
SYSTEM
USERS (SERVER USERS)
