simply ignore it, the workaround doesn't provide any extra security at all

This DNN installation work on Framework 3.5 Sp1 then according to the instructions I've added in my web.config only this:

<customErrors mode="On" defaultRedirect="~/Error.html" redirectMode="ResponseRewrite" />

I have to do anything else?

you shouldn't touch web.config, DNN 5.5.1 makes this change during install (and 5.6.0 will roll it back, I expect, haven't checked it yet).
