Hello,

I am working on a school project and it is come close to the deadline. I have been using Visual Studio to create user controls in C# which I then make into modules through dotnetnuke. Everything was working fine until yesterday when I tried to add a module and I got this error.

InnerException: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.Packages' with unique index 'IX_Packages'. The statement has been terminated.

I get this error every-time I try to create a new module no matter what resource file I choose and no matter what I name the module. I have tried adding a complete new module that has a different name different code and I still get this exception.

There have been bugs in this area in early rel 5 versions. Which version do you use?
