I am using DNN 5.0.6 Professional Edition . In that i have installed Microstrategy modules . Even before installing whenever i refersh Module Definition i am getting the following error:

An error has occurred.

It is very urgent
I would be thankful if someones provide me a solution.  Thanks in advance.

If you've purchased the professional edition you can raise support queries through the ticket system. The support staff should be able to provide you with some help. However, I'd recommend you check the permissions on your site, it might be that the Cache folders are not being created as the site doesn't have modify permissions.

Thanks for your reply.I am Usng a trial Version only.Where i have to change the Permissions and do the cache options .

please make sure, the windows account used by ASP.Net (as configured in your app pool settings) has full file system permissions for the DNN install directory and all subfolders.
