I hope I'm in the right forum--tried a search but no results.  I am building a store for a client using the Core Store modules.  All payments are received via Western Union money transfer.  I am using the default email payment provider.  I need to send an email with all of the order information, including the name and address of the person receiving the money transfer.  I created custom profile properties to hold the receiver's information as default values, and used the language editor to customize the order confirmation email.  I used tokens to fill in the customer's information, order number, total, etc.  I tried to use [Profile:] tokens to fill in the receiver info- example:  [Profile:ReceiverFirstName] etc, but all I get in the email are blank fields for the profile tokens.  All of the other tokens work except the profile tokens.  I double checked to make sure I was using the non-localized property name--I even made the localized name exactly the same as the non-localized so it wouldn't be an issue.

Does the email payment provider not recognize profile tokens?  Is there another way to insert this information into the email besides the language editor?  I need for my client to be able to change this as needed.  I think I can show them how to edit the default value in the profile properties, but I don't want them messing with the language editor.  Any help would be appreciated--thanks!

After I posted this I realized it probably should be in Modules--if someone wants to move it that's fine. Also found part of my answer--apparently the order confirmation email does not recognize [Profile:] tokens. Does anyone have a workaround or idea how to do this? I figured out I could put the information in the Store description and use a [Store:Description] token in the email, but that's hardly ideal. I'd really rather not do something that weird if there's a better way.
