In the midst of setting up the site, and when signed in as the host, and looking at extensions, I do not see the ability to add extensions, like I have seen before.  Is there something I need to do?  I need to add some extensions.  DNN did allow me to upload a skin.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I apologize if someone else has already posted a thread on this topic.

Make sure you are in EDIT mode not Layout mode in the Control Panel. Also, not all Containers will show the action buttons at the bottom, but there should be an ACTION menu somewhere (usually a little triangle) that will provide you access (mouse over) to those actions.
