Iremeber in the standard DNN editor (i forget the name of it...) when adding links to files on my site I could select an option for it to track links. This would create a URL similar the following:

https://www.domain.com/LinkClick.aspx...

Now with the lastest RAD editor it will just show the actual URL:

https://www.domain.com/Portals/Site/D...

Within the RADEditor how do you enable the LinkClick feature? Thanks for any help.

Anyone have any ideas on this? Unless I create a short URL in the web.config file I am not sure how else to not show the full file url. Any thoughts?

Hey sebastian - the dnnwerk editor does not currently support  tracking.

Note there are becoming a whole lot of SEO reasons NOT to use link  tracking (linkclick.aspx) in its current format
 - since the links are NOT SEO compatible.

Ideally link tracking needs to be revised inside dnn so that is is more SEO compatible.

would be great if it could become something like

http://www.mysite.com/home.aspx   no tracking becomes
http://www.mysite.com/linkclick/home.aspx   tracking support inside html module.
