I am using DNN 05.06.01 (238)

I want certain users to be able to edit pages.  I have created an edtors security role and allowed them to deploy several basic modules.  I have set the user as an editor of several pages and they can add modules or edit existing ones.

The problem is when they go to add an existing module from another page - the page list populates properly (with only those pages they can edit - which is a good thing)  but the module selector is empty.  I have looked for a setting somewhere, but I am unable to find it - any ideas?
