Hi all,
Who (or which user) can send newsletter except administrators in a DNN portal?
I mean, is there any way to send newsletter while we don't have administrator access?

the newsletter module is on the admin menu item, but all admin menu items also support the ability to grant permissions to non-admin users. All you have to do is create a page, apply the relevant user permissions (either user or security group) and drop a "newsletters" module on it.
