I tried logging into my site today and received this error:

Can anyone ledn some insight as to what this means. No chanegs have been made.

Seems that the DB is timing out from an AUTOGROW feature in the SQL Server... I think the LDF file is now to large to shrink. I have log entries on the SQL server that state it has been timing out consistently every 3 mintues due to this AUTOGROW function? What is this?

None of the sites even pull up now. Any thoughts?

I'd suggest you run the 2 truncate operations suggested here - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/tabid/1409/Page/Performance_best_practices/Default.aspx in case those tables have grown too large -i'd also recommend you do a full database backup to truncate the database and reduce logfile size.
