How do you edit Custom Profile Properties?

I've added several Customer Profile Properties.  Is there a way to edit the values other than through the database?

I worked with another platform that let you specify custom properties and let you assign their visibility by Role.

Then, we you edited a user, it showed all the profile properties that were available to that user(according to their Role).

Whenever you say custom profile properties, do you mean you've added things into their profile, like an additional biography section?

I mean Profile Properties like under the "Manage Profile Properties" in the User Admin.

You can add custom properties to your users' profiles, other than the defaults. You can add a "Manager" property to all users, then assign it the UserID of that person's manager.

Its controlled in the tables: UserProfile & ProfilePropertyDefinition.

I'd like to know if there is any UI to update Profile Properties? If not, it would be nice to add this to the User management tool.

Ah, I'm picking up what you're puttin' down, now. I've never seen this option, but it would be a nice addition in the groups section... assigning an "admin" or "manager" to a specific group, since the framework is almost completely there.
