To increase the number of characters allowed in the message body you would need to modify the definition of the Message column in the database table Feedback. Currently its datatype is nvarchar(1000) allowing a maximum of 1000 characters. In addition, the stored procedures Feedback_CreateFeedback and Feedback_UpdateFeedback would have to be modifed to likewise increase the length allowed for their @Message parameters. There is no limitation on the length permitted on the multi-line textbox in the Feedback.ascx form. Note, however, that should you later upgrade the Feedback module changes to the stored procedures may be lost and have to be re-applied.

I'm not sure which listing of message you are asking about - that on the Moderation/Management control or the Guest Book/Comments module. If the later, which feedback comments are shown are dependent on a number of settings in both the main Feedback module (primarily the moderation settings but also the category list and settings) and the Guest Book/Comments module where you can set which Feedback modules' content may be aggregated to show in the Guest Book/Comments.
