Hi all,

I'm currently moving a working DNN site (5.6) hosted with smaller firm to larger hosting company (Win2003,SQL05).

I have setup/installed everything on the new host and I'm able to access via localhost/website and it's all good (Win2008r2, SQLExpress).
I also have the respective Portal Aliases setup in Admin as well as the DNS entries setup correctly to locate the site however I can't seem to get there.  Browser gives me the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" (similar message in FF, Chrome).

I'm currently working with the hosting company to troubleshoot however in event it's something specific with DNN, I wanted to post here as well.

Any thoughts or suggestions that would help get this site visible to rest of the world?

Hi Sergey, apologies for late reply.

After escalating the issue with the host provider they were able to determine that it was in fact an firewall issue.
At first they said they could see the site however I still couldn't see it/resolve it however they weren't really performing a true outside test and were still resolving the name locally within their own network.

Once they updated the firewall, I was able to access and finish the client's site setup and access.

It's all good now.

Just wanted to close the loop on this issue.
