You would have to ask the module developer what templating options there are.  HTML doesn't have any but you could use a special container.

Well, it's the regular core HTML module from DNN. Did u test the code I posted? Did it work?

I tried it and this error was showing instead of rich text box:

Could not load RadEditor. Property assignment is not supported [AllowScripts]

The html module doesn't use templates, as it shouldn't. Also, tokens won't help you. I recommend making a copy of one of the containers and adding the JS there. This way, if you want to change the code, you only have to do so in one place. The editor filters will not be an issue then. Then again, given what this renders, you could just add it directly to the skin.

No, I have not tested the code. Issues with it would be something to take up with the vendor. I'm not familier with it.
