I get the following error when I attempt to enter the desktop modules node when editting resources files through the languages section

Hi,

I had the same problem today !

My problem was that in the host setting : viewstate in memory was selected.

Check it out !

If it is set to memory, change it to page.

Thanks, I had the same problem and this fixed my issue too.  I have reproduced it in 5.6.2 and 6.0.0.  As, this page uses Ajax, this must be what is meant by "** Warning: Memory page state persistence can cause Ajax issues **" in the Performance Settings area of the Host Settings.
